The CPC extension programs of the different colleges serve the poorest sectors of Roxas City, province of Capiz, as well as elicit the support of the government and non-government agencies in all program thrusts to improve the lifestyle of the people.

The CPC extension service maintains adopted barangays and implements projects such as Christian formation which focuses on spirituality, general information on primary health care, functional literacy, environmental sanitation, livelihood skills training, feeding programs, computer literacy, electrical rehab, responsible parenthood, arts and culture, environmental awareness, pre-school education, and gift-giving to indigent adults and children during Christmas, care and share program, and other social services needed for the total development of the people in the various communities in Roxas City and the province of Capiz. The community extension programs of the College provide services in barangay Jumaguicjic. It has succeeded in establishing harmonious working relationship among the barangay residents and in helping to realize the potentials of individuals and groups within the community. Its values include participation, empowerment, and self-help.

Active participation of the beneficiaries has improved their living conditions through the technical and financial assistance extended to them. This resulted to the great desire of the community to continuously avail of the benefits of the programs extended by the CPC. Through a holistic approach, the programs enable CPC students, faculty, and office personnel to become fully aware of the conditions of the people in the communities and willingly extend help to the beneficiaries in developing them into spiritually, socially, and economically well-developed individuals.
